Teamspeak: Real-time voice communication is a must for any gaming community, in our opinion. As such, we make using VoIP software (in our case, Teamspeak2) a requirement for membership. NOTE: This also requires using a headset (headphones and built-in mic) for gaming in Iron Phoenix. Headsets go for as little as $20, and can be found in Target, Best Buy, etc. If you have issues that would prevent you from using TeamSpeak, please outline them below in the last field of the application.

• I am one of many, united in our passion of online gaming. We are many hearts, with one voice. That voice of courage and of pride will echo throughout everything we do.
• I will never let the love of gaming interfere with my love of real life. The community respects this fact utterly, and will never hold its members at fault for it.
• I will remember that the community's goal is to have fun. Winning is secondary to everyone's enjoyment of the game. Strive to succeed, but not at the cost of the camaraderie of your teammates.
• I will not waver in my dedication and participation to the community. The moment a voice goes quiet, a piece of that community dies. My voice will never go quiet, but will be raised to enrich my brothers and sisters.
• I will respect my brothers and sisters in the community without fail. It is the love of gaming that brings all of us under one roof. Dishonor a member, and you dishonor the community.
• I will represent the gaming community in the wider world with dignity, honor and maturity. We are all shining examples of what it means to be a team. We will lead by example on the field, and in the many gaming forums and associations across the world.
• I will not pursue illegal activity within the boundaries of the community. Such activity tarnishes the purpose and goals of the community, and will never be tolerated.
• I will be loyal and true to our Code to the best of my ability.
